The official closing date for 2011-2012 admissions is August 19th, 2011. Late applicants will be reviewed on a space available basis only or held over for the next academic year. Application deadlines and entry terms are the same for each program – registration fees are due before the official admission close date unless otherwise agreed. Late admission reqistration payments are to receive prior to the first  class.

To ensure that students can gain the most from the course/programme selected each candidates are evaluated on their individual merits. The following documents are required to ensure prompt review of your application. 

Application materials to be submitted:

Fully completed and signed application form. registration fee [instalments by prior arrangement only] and advance tuition payments
Letter of recommendation from a person familiar with your spiritual development
Copies of transcripts from colleges/universitires previously attended or official degrees or licenses
To ensure each student obtains the most from their selected courses/programme a  review of your application will be carried out via phone. This meeting will also be  used to clarify any questions arising from the application.

The student is required to pay the registration fee when the application is submitted and before the first day of class. After the application process is completed and the student is accepted, the 1st tuition installment payment is due August 1, 2011 or the first day of class. The remainder of the tuition may be paid in three installments.
Applications for the G.A.T.E Project Access to Ministry Course who have been offered a Bursary/Scholarship may have other payment payment options agreed.
